The True Gem

Currently serving as both Creative Director and Director of Business Development, I bring a unique blend of creative vision and strategic growth leadership to the brand. What began as a freelance opportunity quickly evolved into a full-time, multifaceted role where I oversee everything from high-level creative direction to business expansion initiatives.

On the creative side, I lead the development and execution of bold, on-brand visual assets across marketing, social media, and our digital platforms. My responsibilities span creating elevated creative decks, scouting dreamy shoot locations, casting and hiring top-tier talent, and providing art direction and styling on set. I also manage our dynamic creative team and steer all aspects of production—from pre-shoot planning to post-production magic.

In my business development role, I help shape and execute strategies that drive growth, forge new partnerships, and support product innovation. I’m also deeply involved in our ambassador program, marketing promotions, creative copywriting, and exploring new ideas to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
